India Vs Bangladesh 3rd T20 :-
The Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian cricket team clinched the three-match T20I series with Bangladesh by 3-0, defeating the guests by 133 runs in the last T20I at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
It was the second-highest total in the history of T20Is and the highest among the Test-playing nations. India’s previous best T20I total was 260/5, made against Sri Lanka in 2017 in Indore.
It would have taken a miracle for Bangladesh to overhaul that target. In the end, they finished on 164/7, losing the game by 133 runs
Sanju Samson becomes ‘Player of the Match’, while Hardik Pandya was awarded ‘Player of the Series’.
This is India’s highest victory margin in T20Is. They defeated New Zealand by 168 runs in Ahmedabad in 2023 and demolished Ireland by 143 runs in Dublin in 2018.
India, which chose to bat first, hit the most runs in boundaries in a T20I game. That included 22 sixes, its highest total in a T20 game, and 25 fours.
In reply, Bangladesh was restricted to 164-7. Towhid Hridoy was 63 not out off 42 deliveries, and Litton Das hit a 25-ball 42. Wrist spinner Ravi Bishnoi took 3-30 in four overs.
