बेंगलुरू, कर्नाटक के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता सिद्धारमैया ने पार्टी के नेता राहुल गांधी को अपना समर्थन दिया जबकि राहुल गांधी द्वारा पार्टी अध्यक्ष का पद संभालने की उनकी लंबे समय से मांग थी।पार्टी के कई शीर्ष नेता, नेतृत्व व पार्टी के फैसलों को लेकर सवाल उठा चुके हैं।
कर्नाटक के पूर्व सीएम सिद्धारमैया ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी से आग्रह किया है कि उन्हें पार्टी के अध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी संभालनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सोनिया गांधी की सेहत ठीक नहीं है, इसलिए राहुल को पार्टी का नेतृत्व करना चाहिए।
