Bellingham Brace Fires England Past Norway and Into World Cup Semi-Finals ⚽🏆

Miami, July 12: England booked their place in the FIFA World Cup 2026 semi-finals after a dramatic 2-1 extra-time victory over Norway in the quarter-final clash.

Norway stunned the Three Lions early in the match as star striker Erling Haaland put his side ahead with a powerful finish. England fought back strongly, with Jude Bellingham scoring the equaliser before halftime to keep his team’s hopes alive. Norway were left fuming after they believed the ball hit the sky cam above the pitch and directly led to England’s equalising goal

The match remained level at 1-1 after 90 minutes, forcing extra time. Bellingham once again proved to be England’s hero, scoring the decisive goal in extra time to seal a thrilling win and send England into the last four.

England will now face the winner of the Argentina vs Switzerland quarter-final in the semi-finals, while Norway bow out after an impressive World Cup campaign.
